After a tournament in Toronto, Canada, Dallas Dodgeball retired one of their dodgeballs by sending it over nearby Niagara Falls! Commentary and photos by Joseph Usry.

The world famous Niagara Falls is the target of an officially autographed DallasDodgeball.com dodgeball. It is over this historical site that we will make our legendary mark.

The younger Wakefield prepares the ceremonial ball. Today, HISTORY will be made. Jonathon Harper will deliver the honors.

The weight of his responsibility weighs heavily on our hero's shoulders.

The stance. The focus. Sweet lord. Niagara Falls has no idea what is about to hit it.

The setup. With camera crew in place, the Crowned MVP awaits the green light from those in attendance.

If the falls were not trembling enough from the enormous water pressure, surely the fear that this stance strikes into every heart shook it to its very core.

The ball has rocketed itself into the water at a blistering 2 km/h!!! How the falls have managed to withstand such force is beyond mortal comprehension!

The ball continues its treacherous coarse down the infamous Niagara Falls. The next stop? Over the falls, where it will almost surely be devastated by the incredible water pressure.

Our ceremonial artifact has worked its way into this devastating force. We hardly knew ye, autographed ball! We just... just...

...wait a sec. Methinks that there is something gleaming amongst the desolate tundra below...

...is it...could it be? Is that tiny little yellow speck there our...NO WAY...
